A new online credit platform for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs): it was launched by four well-known managers in the financial community who promoted a newco in Milan to manage the E-Lendigatwork platform. An initiative conceived for some time but accelerated by the financial emergency involving many small companies after the Coronavirus cyclone.
The newco, according to Business and Finance reports, was set up before the notary by Isidoro Lucciola, business consultant and president of Teamsystem Financial Value Chain, 70% owned by the TeamSystem group. Its three partners are also first-rate, each of whom holds 10% of the newco.
In fact, Federico Ghizzoni, former CEO of Unicredit and today president of Rotshschild Italia and vice president of Clessidra Sgr, Giovanni Bossi, former CEO of Banca Ifis and today owner of Cherry and vice president of Clessidra Sgr, and Roberto Condulmari, former co -founder with Paolo Basilico of Kairos and today partner of Euclidean Sim.
