The house and the car continue to guide the choices of Italians who, from North to South, decide to resort to a loan. According to the October surveys of the Observatory of PrestitiOnline.it, a site for comparing consumer credit products in Italy which belongs to the MutuiOnline Group, the loans most disbursed to Italians are in fact confirmed as those linked to property (34,9% for restructuring and 14,9% for furnishings) andauto (used, 20% and new or Km zero 9,3%).
There is no shortage, albeit to a lesser extent, of loans disbursed for medical expenses (2,3%), for the hobby and holidays (1,8%), weddings e ceremonies (1,2%) and for the purchase of smartphones, PCs and other electronic devices (0,2%).
The analysis shows that theaverage amount disbursed settled in October at 11.454 euros, a slight increase compared to the same period last year (11.328 euros).
29,5% of the loans disbursed concerned an amount included between 5 thousand and 10 thousand euros and in 19,4% of cases the duration is five years.
From a geographical point of view, while al North part loans granted amounted to 41,9%, al South and in the islands recorded a decrease (35,9%) compared to 38% in the second half of 2016. The Centro with 22,2%.
With 38,6% of concessions, the ranking is led by the age group of Italians between 36 and 45 years old, followed with 27,2% by those between 46 and 55 and by young people between 18 and 25 years (19%).
86,3% of the loans were disbursed to workers with permanent contract. Income class is included between 20 and 30 thousand euros (49,7%).
