otb, the international fashion and luxury group which owns the Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, Marni, Viktor&Rolf brands, the Staff International and Brave Kid companies, and which holds a stake in the Amiri brand and is a Steering Member of the Aura Consortium Blockchain, starting from the Fall/Winter 24/25 collections, will provide a digital certificate of authenticity all products from the Jil Sander, Maison Margiela and Marni brands.
To achieve this result, the Group has included all production processes two fundamental steps for the creation of the digital certificate of authenticity: theinclusion of NFC technology in each garment and accessory and the registration of all products on the AURA blockchain platform. The standardization of this process will henceforth guarantee the registration in blockchain and the creation of the digital certificate of authenticity of over 1.5 million products per year of OTB's luxury brands.

Through a pilot project initially started on some of the most iconic accessories of Maison Margiela, Marni and Jil Sander, and then extended to all the products of the same brands, the OTB Group was able to create a ecosystem for digital certification of one-of-a-kind authenticity. Since the beginning of 2022, the Group has already registered approximately 1.2 million products equipped with NFC chips on the blockchain platform provided by Aura, a technology that allows access via a smartphone to the digital certificate of authenticity containing information on the product and its origin.
