A day of high tension as always on the Fonsai front. After Consob's decision to return the draft prospectus forwarded at two in the morning with dozens of corrections to the sender, i.e. Fonsai itself, today a new board of directors of Premafin is scheduled: it is possible that the board will send the creditor banks a request for an extension of the restructuring agreement which risks being canceled if the capital increase does not start by the 20th.
But there are other obstacles along the way to the operation: on Wednesday the Lazio Regional Administrative Court will examine the appeal by Palladio and Sator against the ISVAP go-ahead to the great Unipol. Lastly, Consob will express its opinion on Thursday. For the increase, there is talk of a possible start on the 16th. Meanwhile, at the opening of Piazza Affari, Premafin shares fell to -3,6%, while that of Fondiaria-Sai is gaining 1,58%.
