Consob fines Vincent Bollorè in the Premafin case. In fact, the National Commission for Companies and the Stock Exchange approved administrative fines for a total of 3 million euros against the French entrepreneur and two of his holding companies: Financiere de l'Odet and Financiere du Perguet.
Bollorè is also subject to an 18-month ban from holding positions in listed Italian companies. According to what emerges from the Bulletin of the Commission, Bollorè would have violated the regulations, carrying out through its holding companies some operations that have provided false and misleading indications on the price of Premafin shares.
