Big business in Germany for Prelios. The real estate group announces that Resident Berlin 1P&K GmbH, a joint venture owned by Prelios, has finalized the contract for the sale of 1.503 residential units to a German institutional investor. The operation took place at a price of 93 million euros, in line with market values, and generated an impact on the Group's net financial position of approximately 10 million euro. The properties sold are all located in Berlin and have a vacancy of less than 2%.
In addition, Prelios' German services platform benefits from a positive effect on the operating result of approximately 1 million euro, generated by fees relating to the sale of assets. Prelios will maintain the management services for the portfolio being sold for a period of approximately 12 months.
