from Consob the green light comes tocapital increase of Prelios, which could start on Monday 22 July. The Commission confirmed yesterday "the approval of the prospectus - reads a note from the company - relating to the offer under option to those entitled and the admission to listing of the newly issued ordinary shares" of the real estate manager.
The increase, approved in May by the company's shareholders' meeting, has a maximum amount of 115.009.511,53 euros. A maximum of 193.195.887 ordinary shares with no par value will be issued at a price of €0,5953. The securities will be offered as an option to all shareholders.
At the end of the morning, the Prelios share dropped 0,3% on the stock exchange.
