On the proposal of the shareholder Ifc, he arrived then the green light for the dissolution of the company, for its liquidation and the appointment of a board of liquidators, made up of Chiara Bernardini, Ugo Vincenzini and Marco Camerini.
Pramac had closed the first quarter of 2012 with revenues down by 26,8% (to 41,6 million euros), while the ebitda was negative by 2,9 million, against the positive balance of 3 million recorded in the same period of 2011. Net financial debt at the end of March amounted to 197 million.
