Yesterday the BoD renounced the recapitalization by appointing a board of liquidators – 2011 financial statements closed with a loss of 94,8 million euros.

No more trades in Piazza Affari on the stock Pramac. Borsa Italiana let it be known that shares of the Tuscan technology group have been suspended from trading for a fixed term. Yesterday the company's shareholders' meeting approved the 2011 financial statements (with a loss of 94,8 million euros), however renouncing the recapitalisation. On the proposal of the shareholder Ifc, he arrived then the green light for the dissolution of the company, for its liquidation and the appointment of a board of liquidators, made up of Chiara Bernardini, Ugo Vincenzini and Marco Camerini. 

Pramac had closed the first quarter of 2012 with revenues down by 26,8% (to 41,6 million euros), while the ebitda was negative by 2,9 million, against the positive balance of 3 million recorded in the same period of 2011. Net financial debt at the end of March amounted to 197 million.
