Poste Italiane has filed the prospectus with Consob for listing on the Stock Exchange, scheduled for the autumn.
"Following the Shareholders' Meeting of 31 July 2015 - reads the company press release -, Poste Italiane SpA announces that today it has submitted to Borsa Italiana the application for admission to listing of the Company's shares on the Mercato Telematico Azionario, and to the CONSOB the request for authorization to publish the information prospectus relating to the public sale offer and the listing of the shares themselves”.
The intention of the shareholder Tesoro is to list 40% of Poste Italiane in October
