Poste Italiane accelerate on consulting and sustainability. The group led by Matteo Del Fante obtained the Uni ISO 22222 certification for its over 8 financial advisors and the Certification of compliance with UNI ISO 20400 on sustainable procurement. The certifications were obtained on the basis of international verification standards and represent a further step forward in the integration of ESG principles into business strategies.
Specifically, the certifications complete the process of acquiring technical skills and ethical behavior of financial advisors and, at the same time, introduce the international standard also in procurement processes and supply chain management for which the Group has established also the Green Procurement area, dedicated precisely to sustainable purchases.

Poste Italiane was the first Italian company to obtain the UNI ISO 22222 and UNI TS 11348 certification for the investment advisory service model for financial advisors. While the certification on purchasing methods places Poste Italiane among the main economic and productive entities in the country qualified in terms of sustainable management of purchasing processes and relations with suppliers.
The achievement of these goals - reads a note from the Company - confirms the attention of Poste Italiane's management and employees to issues of sustainability and inclusion, and has the objective of achieving full integration with the other certified Management Systems of the Group.
