From 1 February it will be necessary show the green pass based in post offices, to go and pay a postal order but also for withdraw your pension. Therefore, all users who intend to access the post office will necessarily have to possess and exhibit one of the Covid-19 green certifications (strengthened with vaccination or recovery from Covid, or base with a negative swab). On this occasion, the Poste Italiane group has activated various ways to control the Green pass to allow access to the network of 13 post offices in compliance with the obligations established by Decree Law 7 January 2022, n.1.
In particular, in post offices equipped with a waiting manager, citizens will show the QR Code of their Green pass and, once the validity has been verified, the waiting manager will allow them to choose the operation and take the ticket necessary to present themselves at the counter. In the other post offices, in the absence of the operator, citizens will have to show the Green pass directly at the counter for verification by the operator through the scanner reader which will confirm its validity in real time, before being able to proceed with the requested services.
While, in the coming days, for citizens who book theappointment using the Poste Italiane apps, the verification of the green certificate will be performed by the app itself. For those who book on the Poste Italiane website, the basic green pass check will take place directly at the post office.
