Opens "Post Stories”, the exhibition space on the history of Poste Italiane set up inside the Palazzo delle Poste in Piazza San Silvestro in Rome, on the occasion of 160th anniversary celebrations of the company. An interactive journey that describes the life of the women and men of the group led by Matteo Del Fante, but also traces the transformation of his business and its link with the territory.
Poste Storie: the itinerary of the exhibition space
A journey through original objects and documents, apps, videos and podcasts in which the visitor proceeds by dialoguing with multimedia and digital narrative tools. The course was developed in three sections:
- 'The numbers': the visitor enters an environment in which the numbers and words that tell the story of the company are projected.
- 'History and the present': the story unfolds among seven thematic itineraries: work tools, savings and payments, communication, technology, letters and parcels, architecture, transport.
- 'Values': the company's founding values are analyzed through the exhibition of the works of eight contemporary artists.
Opening hours: “Poste Storie” is open to the public from Monday to Friday from 9 to 18 and on Saturday from 9 to 12.
