Poste Italiane, collective agreement renewed: 103 euros more and supplementary pension

Poste Italiane and the trade unions have signed the renewal of the collective labor agreement for the group's non-executive personnel for the three-year period 2016-2018. As stated in a note, the agreement is divided into three macro areas: economic treatment, which provides an overall average monthly increase of 103 euros per employee, new corporate welfare institutes (health fund e supplementary pension) and changes to the system of industrial relations.

“The agreement with the trade union organizations – commented the managing director of Poste, Matteo Del Fante – was signed at the end of a negotiation that lasted many months in which we have always found a constructive and responsible climate between the parties. Today the market poses important challenges to which we are called to respond with an effort of productivity and a common commitment”.

The trade unions, concludes the note from Poste, "have expressed unanimous appreciation for the effort made by the company and for the defense of workers' rights and for their safety and economic stability".
