Popolare Bari lists its shares on the Hi-Mtf market

From 30 June the shares of Banca Popolare di Bari, the largest bank in the South, will be listed on the Hi-Mtf market: the institute's board of directors decided yesterday, setting the theoretical price of each share at 7,5 euros

The ordinary shares of Banca Popolare di Bari will be tradable on the Hi-Mtf market from 30 June. This was approved by the bank's board of directors, setting the starting price of trading at 7,5 euros.

There are, explains a note, limits for entering orders and validating the theoretical auction price, equal to +/- 8% in the first intermediate observation period (lasting 60 days) which will be increased by +/- 4% only if the volumes traded do not exceed the minimum threshold set by the Issuer. Orders placed outside these limits are automatically rejected.

Due to the different characteristics of the orders currently pending on the internal trading system compared to those of the orders receivable from the new trading venue, the note continues, the orders originally given and awaiting execution are to be considered lapsed.

However, only for shareholders with established relationships in the branches of the Group Banks who intend to submit a new order to be executed on the Hi-mtf market, the Bank, also in order to facilitate the transition to the new execution venue, maintains the time priority of the orders originally given in the internal trading system.
