For the Regions, waiting for decisions after 25 September
There are 13,95 billion euros for the energy and seismic renovation of residential buildings, including social housing. With the same specifications, it is necessary to encourage the redevelopment and transformation into "almost zero energy buildings of the national housing stock. 411 million euros are for interventions on 290.000 square meters of offices, courts and judicial citadels, bringing 48 structures practically back to new. The goal, which it is hoped to achieve by 2026, is also to use another 200 million to put 300 km of new district heating networks on the ground.

The Regions, among other things, have counted the applications for access to the recruitment fund received from small Municipalities (less than 5 thousand inhabitants). There are 896 who will use the fund set up in 2021 to improve services. Furthermore - says a note - by December 2023 the races for the construction of buildings, the redevelopment and strengthening of the property assets of the administration of justice. In turn, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Mobility - always with respect to the PNRR - with the conversion into law of Mims decree is initiating procedures to "improve the infrastructure system and the quality of mobility services". The focus is on greater safety and quality of transport, ecological transition for sea and land air travel. Nor are they excluded networks water dilapidated and in need of interventions also by the management companies. The electoral summer is passing, but there are so many works to be put in the pipeline that the Regions can fear a tragic stand-by.
