PMI: Italy-Russia, it's the year of tourism

Within the XXIII session of the Task Force between the two countries, on the occasion of the "Year of mutual promotion of Italy-Russia tourism" a "Business Forum" will be organized on tourism, a strategic sector for the future of Made in Italy.

The XXIII session of the economic-institutional forum "Italian-Russian Task Force on districts and SMEs", will take place in Turin, from 11 to 14 November next. The work will mainly focus on the development of collaboration in the following sectors, which will be the subject of specific agreements "Thematic Tables":

  • Energy efficiency and renewable energies: challenges, solutions, opportunities;
  • Designing - Building - Living;
  • Mechanics, divided between "Machinery and mechatronics" and "Automotive and Aerospace", where topics such as the prospects of the vehicle industry, the opportunities for collaboration and innovation in the component sectors, services and production technologies dedicated to cars, industrial vehicles and movement will be addressed land, innovation and supply chains.

We inform you that the participants will be able to present their projects, in a synthetic way, during the Thematic Round Table of their own interest, and then deepen them bilaterally in the afternoon of the same day, in the context of a  “Meeting Point”, intended for institutional and private meetings.

On the occasion of the "Year of mutual promotion of Italy-Russia tourism", a "Business Forum" on tourism will be organised, in which the following sectors will be explored in particular:

  • Wellness:
  • Mountain tourism
  • Shopping tours
  • Food and wine tourism 
  • Tourism in art cities 
  • Yacht cruise tourism
  • Staff training for the tourism sector.

Three will also be made "Thematic Seminars" entitled: "Customs to support international trade", "Instruments to support bilateral investments - financial support to SMEs", "Cinema and audiovisual in economic relations between Italy and Russia".
