Cafs and qualified professionals have more time to complete tax assistance and send the 730 models to the Revenue Agency. This was communicated by the Ministry of the Economy.
"With a decree of the President of the Council of Ministers, currently being published in the Official Gazette - reads the note -, the deadline was extended from 7 July to 23 July 2015 for the delivery to the taxpayer of a copy of the prepared return and liquidation statement as well as for the communication of the accounting result of the declarations and for the electronic transmission to the Revenue Agency of the 730 models. The provision applies on condition that by 7 July 2015 the Cafs and the professionals have carried out the transmission of at least eighty percent of the declarations”.
In short, the deadline for the presentation of the 730 has been postponed again this year. The government's provision comes to the aid of the Cafs, above all, who have reported difficulties in processing the tax returns of their clients. For all other taxpayers the dates remain unchanged.
