The Spanish group Fluidra has acquired 90% of the shares of Agrisilos, the company that owns the Piscine Laghetto brand. The operation took place after a year of collaboration between the two companies, based mainly on the supply of filtration pumps and filters by the Spanish group, for the pools of the historic Italian brand.
Fluidra is listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange and operates in 45 countries around the world with 160 subsidiaries, branches and production plants distributed on all 5 continents. With 4.300 employees and 51 customers between companies and institutions, its turnover in 2016 grew to 713 million euros.
Agrisilos, the Cremona-based company that owns the Piscine Laghetto brand, mainly manufactures above ground pools. It currently has about 30 employees and its sales are concentrated in Italy and France.
