The issue of the conversion of Pirelli savings shares is always subject to evaluation and attention by the management of Bicocca. This was assured by Marco Tronchetti Provera, chairman and managing director of Pirelli, responding to a shareholder. The company has 12,2 million savings shares out of a total of 487 million shares.
“Savings shares are around 2% of the capital – explained Tronchetti -. We have done simulations on this issue several times. It remains under consideration and I hope a solution can be found”.
