IThe shareholders' agreement of Pirelli & C. Spa was renewed until April 15, 2014. The company communicates this, explaining that all the participants in the agreement have expressed their willingness to renew the agreement within the contractually established deadline, for any cancellations, of 15 January 2013.
On the occasion of the renewal of the pact, the participants agreed on a modification to the agreement, establishing that its duration is one year instead of three years.
This morning, about an hour after the start of trading, the Pirelli stock dropped 0,4% on the stock market.
