Pirelli, Generali cancels stake. The Americans of the Harbor International Fund enter

Changing of the guard at Pirelli (+1,4% share on the Stock Exchange): Generali leaves and the Harbor International Fund enters. As emerges from Consob communications, on 16 December the Lion fell to zero from 4,4% (4,833% in the July 2013 update of Consob) while on the same date the Harbor International Fund came into possession of 3,944% direct. The fund does not appear to have previous positions in Pirelli. For observers it is presumable that the fund bought from General. The Harbor International Fund is managed by Harbor ($82 billion in assets under management as of September 30) and Northern Cross ($52,5 billion in assets under management as of September 30) and had under management as of November 30 assets of $40,187 billion.
