Pirelli: buys and cancels 2023 bonds for an additional 26,4 million

Pirelli, with reference to the announced partial buyback program of the 600 million euro bond loan maturing on January 25, 2023 up to a maximum nominal value of 50 million, has announced that it has purchased, and simultaneously cancelled, further bonds for a total nominal value of 26,4 million.

The bonds were purchased by Goldman Sachs International, on behalf of Pirelli, in the period November 16 - December 6, 2018 at an average price of approximately 96,015% per bond.

Since the start of the partial repurchase programme, bonds have been repurchased for a nominal value of 44 million, also considering the 17,6 million already disclosed to the market.

Consequently, the total nominal value of the bonds outstanding to date is equal to 556 million. The partial bond buyback program will continue until December 14th, subject to early closure in the event that the maximum amount envisaged is reached.
