The Pirs are "a spectacular success". These are the words used by the head of the technical secretariat of the Ministry of Finance, Fabrizio Pagani, during the Coima Real Estate Forum in Milan.
According to the manager, the estimate of ending 2017 with annual funding of 10 billion would be very "realistic".
“The Pirs have been a spectacular success in terms of fundraising. We expected 1,8 billion a year, according to some projections that we deem realistic we could reach 10 billion a year”, Pagani said. As for the possibility that the PIRs will be extended to real estate companies, Pagani limited himself to saying that "it is a hypothesis that we are studying".
