The slide in oil weighs on the lists: US crude oil WTI loses 3% to 49 dollars a barrel (fourth consecutive session down), Brent is traded at 59,1 dollars (-2,6%). Existing home sales data fell to 4,82 million units in January from 5,07 million the previous week. Analysts were expecting 4,95 million homes sold. The data therefore show sales down by 4,9% from +2,4% in the previous month. Analysts estimated sales down by 1,8%.

The highlight of the week will be Janet Yellen's two hearings in the Senate and Congress scheduled for tomorrow. There are numerous important points in the Italian list: the best share is A2A (+6,24%), after the conclusion of the placement of the remaining 3% of the capital by the main municipalities of the utility, Milan and Brescia.

Finmeccanica +6,2% on the indiscretions of a board convened for tomorrow for the sale of Ansaldo STS -0,17% and AnsaldoBreda. Among the banks, new leap for Monte Paschi +4,12% in a market satisfied with the approval of the capital increase and the balance sheet adjustments announced on 11 February, the day on which the rally started.

Rise of more than 11% for Banca Carige, which awaits the green light from the European Union for the recapitalization plan. Fiat Chrysler in great shape +2,38%: yesterday the production of jeeps got underway at the Brazilian factory in Goiana. Finally, among the minor stocks, Centrale del Latte Turin jumped +8,95% after the announcement of the merger with Centrale del Latte of Florence, Pistoia and Livorno.
