Rebound on European markets after Black Thursday. In Piazza Affari Unicredit benefits from the sale of the real estate subsidiary of Bank Austria – Intesa, Mps, Ubi and Biper also do well – Ubs (-1,7%) against the trend due to a possible fine on a tax investigation – Finmeccanica sale which presents the internal reorganization on Monday – Spread below 140

Piazza Affari raises its head, the banks recover

After Black Thursday, the European stock exchanges rebound. Milan rears its head (Ftse Mib index +0,61%% at 20016 level). The other lists are doing better: Madrid +0,97%, London +0,82%, Paris rises by 0,55%. The Frankfurt Stock Exchange is closed for holidays. Among the price lists, the Ubs share -1,7% should be noted: the Gonevrian newspaper "Les temps" writes of a possible fine in the context of an investigation into alleged tax evasion in France.

Leap in London by easyJet +7,5% after having revised upwards the forecasts on the trend for the coming months. 

The euro weakens again against the dollar to 1,261, from 1,266 at the previous close. The BTPs are slightly recovering, amid rarefied exchanges: the markets are in substitutes waiting for the US employment data at 14,30pm. 
The spread returned below 140, yielding 2,331%. 

The recovery in consumption in the Eurozone in August helped the recovery. The data from the services PMI index came to temper the enthusiasm, which in September fell in the euro area to 52,4 from 52,8 in the previous month, below the forecasts which indicated it stable at 52,8. 

In Piazza Affari, the banks recover: Unicredit +1,1%: the subsidiary Bank Austria has sold 16% of the Austrian real estate company Ca Immo to O1 Group, a private holding company based in Cyprus. The value of the operation is around 295 million euros.
 
Intesa +2,4%, MontePaschi +1,2%, Ubi Banca +1,8%, Banca Popolare dell'Emilia +2,5%.
 
Fiat +0,3% goes up, Pirelli +0,6%. After Thursday's crash, Finmeccanica wakes up +1,3%. The first details of the restructuring of the group that Mauro Moretti will present to the board of directors on Monday have emerged. There are five divisions: Helicopters, Defense Systems, Aeronautics, Electronics and Centralized Services. 

Telecom Italia gains 0,2%. The Board has appointed the CEO Marco Patuano to negotiate the purchase of F2i's stake in Metroweb. Telecom, when asked about it, declined to comment. The shareholders of Metroweb, Cassa Depositi e Prestiti and Fastweb said they were not aware of the hypothesis of the sale of the F2i share. 

Mediaset reversed course and gained 0,5%. StM rises by 1,5%. Finally, World Duty Free drops -9,3%. During last night's meeting with analysts, the company said that starting from 2015 it will have to pay more for the rental of points of sale in Spanish airports.
