The first company to be listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013 comes from the web: it is called MC-link and offers services for data, telephony, Internet and data center companies. So after that of Cucinelli, the luxury sector, the only IPO of 2012, in the new year telecommunications will take care of opening the ball. MC-link's baptism of fire is scheduled for today, Friday 22 February, on the Aim Italia segment of the Italian Stock Exchange, the alternative capital market which was baptized precisely to facilitate SMEs' access to Piazza Affari.

As the company itself reported in its presentation, MC-link has been operating for many years in the competitive telecommunications market, focusing in particular on the Business segment and therefore working above all with small and medium-sized enterprises. The strategy, comments the company, "has made it possible to achieve important results in recent years and go against the trend of the majority of companies in the sector and to reach 1% of the market for fixed network services (excluding telephony) in the Business segment".

In the last ten years MC-link has seen growth in its economic data and in the 2012 preliminary balance, the turnover exceeded 35 million, with a gross contribution margin of 20,856 million, an ebitda (operating margin) higher than 6 (17,4% of revenues). “Values ​​that have quadrupled at least over the last decade”. For 2013 the goal is to reach 37 million in revenues and an Ebitda of 7 million.
