After the merger with AcegasAps, Hera announced the new industrial plan up to 2016. In total, investments are planned for around 1,9 billion (on average almost 0,39 billion a year), of which over 1,2 billion in networks. The main targets include a gross operating profit of 990 million euro (+53% compared to 2011), operating profitability up 62% to 543 million and a net financial position of 2,6 billion.

Furthermore, a note explains, the synergies between the two companies should generate savings of up to 25 million euros and the value of production is destined to reach over 6 billion (+38%) at the end of the plan.

As regards the key points of growth expected in the next few years, Hera's focus will be on efficiency and further improvement of service levels.

Furthermore, the company intends to strengthen the selection and recovery chains, at the same time increasing its commercial presence in the energy and environment sector. Further growth is also expected in the renewable energy production sector.
