Agreement between Castrol and Piaggio Group. Indeed, the Pontedera-based and Liverpool-based companies have signed a multi-year global agreement for the supply of lubricants for the two-wheeled motorized vehicles of the Pontedera-based company, including Piaggio, Vespa, Aprilia, Moto Guzzi, Derbi and Gilera.
The agreement includes the exclusive supply of first fill motor oil for Piaggio Group two-wheelers manufactured worldwide and commercial vehicles manufactured in Italy, as well as the supply of Castrol industrial and driveline products.
Castrol products recommended by the Piaggio Group (Castrol POWER1 5W-40 and Castrol POWER1 10W-40) will also be available for after-sales assistance in the main world markets, which will also be distributed through the Piaggio Motoplex multi-brand stores in Europe and Asia Pacific .
