Phillips New York, new auction calendar from the end of June 2020

Following the recent restructuring of its spring "live" auction calendar, Phillips announces that its next 22th Century and Contemporary Art sales in New York will be held the week of June 2020, XNUMX, consolidating the New York and London sales in one week of auctions. These sales will be followed by the upcoming New York Jewelry, Design, Editions and Photography auctions.

The New York auctions will build on the heels of Phillips' spring season in Hong Kong, which will be hosted, as originally planned, from May 31 to June 2. Also preceding the New York sales are a series of auctions in London in early June, the exact dates of which will be communicated in due course.

Edward Dolman, CEO and Cheyenne Westphal, Global President, jointly said, “As we navigate these challenging times together, we are making positive strides in announcing plans for future auctions, namely 20th Century & Contemporary Art in New York. Let's hope these sales bring promises of new beginnings and optimism for the season ahead. Phillips is made up of people around the world who are passionate about their work and recognize the impact art can have in the most challenging of times. Our team of experienced industry specialists remain committed to working with the community over the coming weeks and engaging with them over the phone and across our digital platforms.”
