The bonus will be paid to permanent workers – with a re-proportion for part-time employees – in the form of a one-off payment or vouchers that can be spent on services according to the legislation of the country.

The turning point came in 1997 with the creation of his own personal brand: Kiko Milano, the Bergamo-based cosmetics company which now has over 1000 stores and is present in 42 markets, of which Percassi has recently regained control. Then other brands were added: Womo and Bullfrog in the cosmetics sector, DMAIL, Atalanta in the sports field, Da30Polenta in the food sector. In the catering sector, Percassi also manages the “All'Antico Vinaio” brand in partnership, and the Wagamama, Casa Maioli and Caio Antica Pinza Romana brands with the Cremonini Group.

Kiko in 2022 it had a turnover of around 750 million euros and some analysts agree in estimating that, in the medium term, the company's valuation could exceed one billion. Not a few hypothesize one listing on the Milan Stock Exchange already in 2023.
