News coming up for 103 quota. INPS has announced that it has updated the procedures for defining applications for early retirement flexible for all workers enrolled in the compulsory general insurance and in the substitute and exclusive forms managed by INPS, as well as in the separate management.
Quota 103, who can apply?
In the last communique, the Institute recalls the necessary requirements to be able to retire early. The workers must have acquired the personal data requirements (62 years old) and contributory ones (41 years of contributions). These must be completed no later than December 31, 2023.
Quota 103, the new procedure for applying
The right to flexible early retirement achieved during the course Part 2023 allows, after opening the first useful window, access to the pension:
• after three months from the accrual of the requisites, for workers employed by employers other than public administrations and for self-employed workers. In any case, the starting date of the pension cannot be earlier than 1 April 2023;
• after six months from the maturation of the requirements, for employees of the Public Administrations. In this case, the starting date of the pension cannot in any case be earlier than 1 August 2023;
• from 1 November and from 1 September of the year in which the requirements are met, for the AFAM staff and for that school. The latter are considered achieved even if completed after the dates indicated but in any case within the calendar year.
How to apply for early retirement?
The application procedure to access treatment has been available since last February and is available online on the INPS portal. “Retirement and social security - Pension application - Thematic area: Pension question, Reconstitution, rate, ECOCERT, Early Social APE and Benefit"
You will need to log in with your own to continue credentials: SPID, CIE (Electronic Identity Card) or CNS (National Services Card).
Alternatively, it is possible to submit the application using the services offered by patronages or through the contact center Inps.
Pensions, Quota 103: the amount
The maximum monthly amount of flexible early retirement will not be able to overcome five times the minimum treatment established for each year (for 2023 the amount is equal to 2.818,65 euros). This limit no longer applies to the achievement of the personal data requirement.
