They arrive the pensions of July 2021. From tomorrow, Friday 25 June, the payments of social security treatments will begin by INPS and Poste Italiane. As has been the case for 16 months now, the payments have been made anticipated and divided into different days in order to avoid gatherings at post offices that could endanger the safety of pensioners and workers.
Poste Italiane has therefore established a calendar, valid above all for those who will have to collect their July pensions in cash at the post offices.
PENSIONS JULY 2021: STARTING JUNE 25TH
As per tradition, the first to receive the July pension will be the holders of a savings book, a BancoPosta account or a Postepay Evolution. In all three cases payments will already arrive on Friday 25 June directly to the account or passbook. "Postamat, Carta Libretto or Postepay Evolution cardholders will be able to withdraw cash from over 7.000 Postamat ATMs, without needing to go to the counter", underlines Poste Italiane in a note.
PENSIONS JULY 2021: THE COMPLETE CALENDAR
Those who receive their pension at post offices will have to respect the calendar established by Poste Italiane. In fact, an alphabetical roster is envisaged "which may vary according to the number of days the reference Post Office is open", the company said.
Here is the July 2021 pension payment schedule:
- surnames from A to B: Friday 25 June,
- surnames from C to D: Saturday morning 26 June,
- surnames from E to K: Monday 28 June,
- surnames from L to O: Tuesday 29 June,
- surnames from P to R: Wednesday 30 June,
- surnames from S to Z Thursday 1st July.
"The new methods of payment of pensions are precautionary in nature and have been introduced with the primary objective of guaranteeing the protection of the health of Poste Italiane's workers and customers", the company led by Matteo Del Fante said, inviting those who go to the own post office to comply with the safety regulations. And therefore: wear a mask over your nose and mouth, do not enter the office before the previous customer has left, keep a safe distance (at least 1 meter) from other people, both inside and outside.
PENSIONS JULY 2021: DELEGATION TO THIRD PARTIES
Retirees over 75 who receive their pension at post offices, by collecting the amount in cash, have the possibility of delegating other people to collect the social security treatment. The delegation to withdraw can also be made to the Carabinieri, who will collect the pension on behalf of the holder, then delivering the sum directly to the home.
FOURTEENTH 2021: THE INPS COMMUNICATION
With the July installment, INPS will automatically pay the additional sum, i.e. the fourteenth, to around three million pensioners who in July 2021 have reached the required age of 64 and are in the income conditions established by law. ”, communicates theNational Institute of Social Security.
Those who are entitled to the fourteenth month will receive a communication showing the amount attributed and clarifying that the benefit is paid on a provisional basis to then be verified on the basis of the consolidated income data. "For beneficiaries for whom there are sums to be recovered as an additional sum not due for previous years, a specific communication is sent with an indication of the amounts found to be undue and the compensation made on the fourteenth paid for the current year", underlines the INPS. On the other hand, those who turn 64 by 31 December or become pensioners by the end of the year will receive the payment of the fourteenth month together with the December monthly salary, again on condition that they are within the income limits.
