July 2020 pensions are coming. Poste Italiane has communicated the payment schedule for next month's social security payments. The first accreditations will arrive on Wednesday 24 June, the last ones are scheduled for Tuesday 30 June.

For holders of a savings book, a BancoPosta account or a PostePay Evolution, the credits will start from next Wednesday and there will be no need to go to the counter. The same goes for "Postamat, Carta Libretto or Postepay Evolution card holders" who "will be able to withdraw cash from over 7.000 Postamat ATMs", underlines the company through a note.

How to happened in the last few months, pensioners who instead have to collect their pension in cash at a post office will have to respect the shifts established by the Italian Post Office in order to avoid queues and gatherings that could endanger their safety and that of workers. In detail, Poste has drawn up a six-day calendar. To understand on which day you can go and collect your pension, you will need to refer to the first letter of your surname:
- from A to B: Wednesday 24 June;
- from C to D: Thursday 25 June;
- from E to K: Friday 26 June;
- from L to O: Saturday morning June 27;
- from P to R: Monday 29 June;
- from S to Z: Tuesday 30 June.
Poste Italiane reminds pensioners over 75 that it is possible to "ask to receive the sums of money free of charge at their home, delegating the Carabinieri to collect them".
Finally, anyone going to the post office will have to comply with the safety regulations established by law. It is mandatory to wear a protective mask, enter the office only when previous customers exit and keep a distance of at least one meter, both when waiting outside the offices and in rooms open to the public.
