Golden pensions, here are the top 10

The list of the "most onerous" social security treatments for the State has been re-proposed, at the request of the PDL Bergamini deputy. The podium is assigned to a pension of over 90 euros a month, also fueled by benefits and stock options. The principle of acquired rights prevents them from being questioned.

Golden pensions, here are the top 10

The question of the gold pensions paid by the INPS is back on track. This time the initiative started from a question by Deborah Bergamini (PDL) addressed to the Minister of Labour, Enrico Giovannini, and the list of the wealthiest retirees has been updated and made public.

Here are the monthly gross figures of the top ten largest pensions paid by the state (taking into account the fact that some people accumulate several pensions). Unfortunately, not in all cases it is possible to associate a name with the amount.

1) 91.337,18 euros to Mauro Sentinelli, former manager and electronic engineer of Telecom.
2) 66.436,88 euros.
3) 51.781,93 euros to Mauro Gambaro, former general manager of Interbanca and Inter Football Club, now advisor specialized in corporate finance and chairman of the board of directors of Mittel management srl.
4) 50.885,43 euros as Alberto De Petris, formerly of Infostrada and Telecom.
5) 47.934,61 euros.
6) 46.811,50 euros.
7) 46.773,61 euros.
8) 44.258,87 euros.
9) 43.253,96 euros.
10) 41.707,54 euros.

From fifth to tenth place in the classic there should be managers such as Vito Gamberale, managing director of F2i, or Alberto Giordano, former Cassa di Roma and Federico Imbert, former JP Morgan.

At the same time as the dissemination of the list of super-pensions, which overall concern one hundred thousand individuals, for an annual outlay of no less than 13 billion euros from state coffers, Parliament recalls that these benefits have been obtained in accordance with the law and that the benefits acquired are now unchangeable, as established by the Constitutional Court.

Popo matters that for certain categories of workers the payments to social security institutions provided for scandalously favorable treatments. In some cases, for example, the calculation of the pension was affected by the benefits and stock options received during the working career.

In any case, says Bergamini, "the issue concerns a question of equity and social cohesion that institutions can no longer ignore, especially in a time of serious economic crisis and heavy sacrifices for everyone".
