Giampiero Pesenti leaves the presidency of the RCS pact. After nine years. This was reported by sources close to the president of Italmobiliare. After the recent exits from the boards of directors of Mittel, Pirelli and Allianz Italia, Pesenti has decided to leave the position of chairman of the RCS pact "with the awareness that he has always worked in favor of the company in finding a synthesis solution between the various share components majority".
The responsibilities in the Italmobiliare group "do not allow us to continue to hold this position which requires, especially in this phase, continuous attention and constant commitment". Pesenti, however, remains on the board of directors of the pact.
