Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo appointed President of the CRT Foundation for Modern and Contemporary Art

The Board of Directors of the CRT Foundation, chaired by Fabrizio Palenzona, approved the establishment of the new board of the CRT Foundation for Modern and Contemporary Art. The appointment as President was conferred on Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo

Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo appointed President of the CRT Foundation for Modern and Contemporary Art


Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo, is one of the most recognized promoters and experts of contemporary art at an international level. Furthermore, she is a member of the International Council of the MoMA in New York, of the International Council of the Tate Gallery in London, of the Leadership Council of the New Museum in New York as well as President of the Sandretto Re Rebaudengo Foundation.

Who are the members of the new board

Joseph Iannaccone, founder of the Giuseppe Iannaccone Studio and of the modern and contemporary art collection “Collezione Iannaccone”, Robert Spada, founder of Spada & Partners, collector of contemporary art and photographic works, as well as President of the San Patrignano Foundation. Secretary General of the Foundation has been designated Louis Cerutti, currently Chief Executive Officer of the Umberto Allemandi Publishing Company of Turin, publisher of the monthly Il Giornale dell'Arte and media partner of Artissima.

The new President Patrizia Sandretto Re Rebaudengo declared

"I am truly honoured to assume the leadership of the CRT Foundation for Modern and Contemporary Art. Together with the other new members of the board, we will make all our experience and know-how available to bring art and culture ever more to the center of the development of the city of Turin. With our work, we want to make ourselves available to the institutions, citizens and the many people who are passionate about our art
territory, reinforcing the role of our city as an artistic hub of breadth
nationally and internationally".
