The Board of Directors of AXA Assicurazioni has approved the appointment of Patrick Cohen as the new Chief Executive Officer with effect from 28 November, to be followed by the same appointment in the other Companies of the AXA Italia Group.
Patrick Cohen, 43, brings 20 years of experience to AXA, of which 10 in the Italian market, acquired in large multinational companies, specifies the official press release announcing the appointment. Before joining AXA he held senior management positions in groups such as Zurich and GE Capital as Global Head of Customer and Distribution and General Manager. He also gained a strong experience in McKinsey Italy, where he followed strategic consulting projects for the insurance sector. Cohen has an expertise in driving a company's organic growth through business development, customer centricity and innovation.
