The French have done well to Parmalat. After passing into the hands of Lactalis, the Parma-based milk company closed 2011 with revenues of 4,49 billion and an Ebitda of 374,1 million. And this morning, the stock marked the best performance among the blue chips of Piazza Affari: +4,17% at 1,8 euro per share.
For 2012, the Parmalat group expects an increase in turnover of between 3 and 5% and an EBITDA growth of 2-3%. In the world, the geographic area that saw the greatest growth was South America, thanks to the results of the Venezuelan subsidiary. The Milanese price list also appreciated the proposal of the board of directors for one total dividend of 0,1 euro per share.
