Parmalat: second report on Lag filed

Angelo Manaresi, ad acta commissioner of Parmalat, filed the second report on the Lag operation with the Court of Parma. The document in question deals again with the node of the price of the operation: Manaresi, in fact, already in his first report had deemed it appropriate to request the "maximum price adjustment allowed of 144 million dollars".

The document drawn up by Parmalat's management also deals with the fairness of the consideration received by the D'Urso, Gatti, Bianchi law firm for assistance in the transaction. The word now returns to the Court of Parma which is still investigating the legitimacy of the Lag operation, a legitimacy once again reaffirmed by the Collecchio company.
