First Fiorentino and then Di Benedetto. The new board of Roma, one of the three Italian companies listed on the Stock Exchange, has decided to appoint Paolo Fiorentino, chief operating officer of Unicredit, as transitional president. The appointment, which will be communicated to Conso as soon as possible, serves to avoid gaps in representation following the resignation of Rosella Sensi. Fiorentino will remain in office until around 20 July, when the presidency will pass to the new ownership represented by the American Thomas Di Benedetto. Beyond the operations related to the change of ownership and the closing scheduled for the first few weeks of July, the Giallorossi club is in full swing on the market, as can also be read in this morning's Firstonline report.
