The efforts of the Gupc international consortium continue to reach an agreement with the Panama Canal Authority regarding the dispute over the extra costs of the works for the expansion of the canal.
The Gupc, led by Sacyr and of which Impregilo is a part, presented a new offer. "The proposal - reads a note from the Consortium - takes into account the concerns of the ACP on finding the necessary funds for the conclusion of the construction site". However, the terms of the new offer were not disclosed.
