ambient, Europe's largest sustainability-focused private equity fund, has acquired the company Mobert, active in the sector of machinery for the production of bio-compostable and recycled bags. The new subsidiary will join ad Amutec, already in the Ambienta portfolio, to give life to a new subject: In.Pack Machinery.
The group resulting from the merger will have “a unique offer on the market in terms of breadth of product range, history and geographical presence – reads the note from Ambienta – a leading position in various market areas and segments and the ambition to become the supplier of choice for the most demanding customers globally”.
