Receiving and sending emails with your Hotmail account while logged into Outlook has become almost an impossible challenge. Hundreds of users today, 18 September, report inefficiencies on e-mail that make it difficult to use.
In fact, after logging in, users see an error that speaks of "connection timed out" and delays in communicating with the server, failing to send or receive emails. It all started around 12.00 this morning.
