Otb announces the appointment of Serge Brunschwig as CEO of Jil Sander and Chief Strategy Officer of the group. A high-level profile to strengthen the growth of the brand and the entire group founded by Renzo Rosso

Renzo Rosso's Otb Strengthens Its Leadership: Serge Brunschwig New CEO of Jil Sander

Il Otb Group, founded by Renzo Rosso and today a point of reference in the international fashion scene, consolidates its growth with the appointment of Serge Brunschwig including CEO of Jil Sander and Chief Strategy Officer of the group. Starting from 5 February 2025, Brunschwig will report directly to Otb CEO Ubaldo Minelli, with the aim of further strengthening Jil Sander's positioning and contributing to the definition of more ambitious growth strategies for the entire group.

Brunschwig: A high-level profile for Otb

With over thirty years of experience in the luxury sector, Serge Brunschwig brings to Otb a first-rate managerial background. Having joined LVMH in 1995, he held senior roles in prestigious brands such as Fendi, Dior Homme, Christian Dior Couture and Céline, as well as strategic roles at Louis Vuitton and Sephora. A graduate of the École Polytechnique, the École Nationale Supérieure des Télécommunications and Sciences Po in Paris, he will replace Ubaldo Minelli, who has led Jil Sander since 2018, contributing to the growth and consolidation of the brand within the group.

Otb: an expanding group

Otb continues to grow. In 2023 the Group recorded a turnover of 1,9 billion euros, with an increase of 33,8% in the direct channel and a network of 610 boutiques single-brand stores in the world. Among its brands, Jil Sander, creatively led by Luke and Lucie Meier, recorded a growth of 17,3% in the same period.

The group boasts a portfolio of prestigious brands, including Diesel, Maison Margiela, Marni and Viktor&Rolf, as well as a stake in Amiri. A ssupport of its activities, Otb can count on Staff International and Brave Kid, specialized in production and distribution for various fashion houses.
