otb – the international fashion hub founded by the entrepreneur Renzo Red, which includes brands such as Diesel, Jil Sander, Maison Margiela, and Viktor&Rolf – has kicked off the Second edition of Safety Day. This event, organised to coincide with the European Week for Safety and Health at Work, is an important internal initiative aimed at ensuring a safe and healthy working environment for all.

Otb Safety Day: the initiatives

Over 3.000 employees of Otb in Europe had the opportunity to participate in several training activities, designed to involve and educate employees on safe behavior. The activities were carried out both in person, at the headquarters in Breganze and Noventa Vicentina, and remotely, ensuring everyone's participation.

Among the initiatives offered, the “Safe Escape Room” attracted attention, challenging participants to identify common workplace hazards and practice proper safety procedures. Other activities included first aid courses, a safe driving simulator and practical workshops on the use of a defibrillator. Theoretical webinars and specific workshops were dedicated to employees of the Group's brands' retail network to round out the offering.

This event is not only a learning opportunity, but also an opportunity for Otb to reaffirm its commitment to the safety and well-being of its employees. The company philosophy of “Be Responsible. Be Brave.” is reflected in every aspect of Safety Day, underscoring the importance of ensuring a safe and healthy workplace for all.
