Orlando Barucci is the new president of Vitale & Co. This was decided by the Milanese consultancy company, following the recent death of Guido Roberto Vitale who was its president and founding partner.
The appointment of Barucci, states the press release announcing the change at the top, "is in full continuity with the work, the values and the spirit that Guido Roberto Vitale has preciously represented over all these years and that the partners they are committed to honoring and valuing in the future”.
After the success of the opening of the Rome office and the establishment of Vitale & Co. Real Estate, Vitale & Co intends to continue its expansion, also thanks to the inclusion of new professional figures. Barucci has a long curriculum and 25 years of experience in financial consultancy as well as being co-founder and managing partner of Vitale&Co since its foundation in 2001. He has overseen numerous corporate finance transactions of strategic importance for the economic fabric of the country, assisting listed companies of large size and complexity in various sectors and developing, among other things, a track record of high standing in complex financial restructuring operations.
After graduating in Economics and Commerce from the University of Florence, he worked in KPMG and in the Paris offices of Lazard, later joining the Montedison/Ferruzzi Group where he worked until 2001.
