THEINPS specified the requisites required to access the early retirement of Woman option, provided for by 2023 Budget Law (Law 197/2022).
The option is valid for workers which they have accomplished 60 years di age e 35 years of contributions by 31 December 2022 and – on the date of submission of the application – are in one of the following conditions:
A) have been assisting for at least six months the spouse or part of the civil union or a first-degree relative cohabiting with a disability in a serious situation, or a second-degree relative or similar cohabiting in the event that the parents, spouse or civil union of the person with severe handicap have reached the age of seventy or are also affected by disabling pathologies or are deceased or missing
B) present a reduction in working capacity, ascertained by the competent Commissions for the recognition of civil invalidity, equal to at least 74%;
C) are employed or fired from companies for which a discussion table for managing the company crisis is active as of 1/1/2023 or is activated at a later date.
In the first two points, the age requirement is reduced by one year for each child, for a maximum of two years, while for the last point, the age requirement is 58 for female workers even in the absence of children. The pension treatment starts once the term of twelve months has elapsed from the date of accrual of the requisites for female employees and eighteen months for self-employed female workers.
Option Donna, what it is and how to apply
Option Woman consists of an experimental scheme, which allows female workers to leave the world of work a few years earlier than their old-age pension, but on condition that they accept the check recalculation with the contributory system, and therefore less "remunerative".
The application must be presented directly by the interested parties or through patronage. And you need to indicate which protection profile you belong to (unemployed, disabled or caregiver).
I channels of applications for the Women's Option are:
• directly from INPS site by accessing via SPID (Public Digital Identity System) at least Level 2, CNS (National Services Card) or CIE (Electronic Identity Card 3.0) following the path: "Performance and services" > "Services" > "Anticipated pension" Option Woman” – Question”;
• using the telematic services offered by Institutes of Board of Trustees recognized by law;
• or by calling Contact Center Integrated on the toll-free number 803164 (free from a fixed network) or the number 06164164 (from a paid mobile network based on the tariff applied by the various operators).
