Open Fiber, the change at the top is official

On the eve of August 60th, the change at the top of Open Fiber, which has been aired for days, became official following the shareholding reorganization following the exit of Enel, the strengthening of Cdp and the entry of the Australian fund Macquarie with the Cassa Depositi e Prestiti which becomes the controlling shareholder with a XNUMX percent stake in the optical fiber company.

Under the chairmanship of Professor Franco Bassanini, the Board of Open Fiber therefore took note of the irrevocable resignation presented by Elisabetta Ripa as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager, thanking her for the work done.

The BoD then appointed the lawyer as Chief Executive Officer Francesca Romana Napolitano, former director of Open Fiber. Attorney Napolitano presented a new organizational structure to the Board, which provides for the appointment of Doctor Mario Rossetti as General Manager. The Board therefore took note of the resignation of Doctor Rossetti from the position of director.

The Board also appointed Giuseppe Conti and Alessandro Tonetti as new directors.
