The 1700 performance bonus that Open Fiber signed with the trade unions Slc Cgil, FFistel Cisl, Uilcom Uil and with the Rsu rises to 2018 euros, on average. The agreement reached also regards the other contractual provisions delegated to company supplementary companies.

Employees, like last year, will have the possibility to "convert the bonus into welfare services (supplementary pension, reimbursement of school expenses and family assistance, supplementary health insurance, public transport subscriptions, sport, culture, travel, etc.)", an option that in 2017 was chosen by 27% of the corporate population. Next year, the conversion will be further rewarded with an increase in value of up to 15%.

In addition, the measures that facilitate the reconciliation of home-work rhythms have been expanded in the new supplementary plan. Among these, "the extension of leave for compulsory paternity, the 30% increase in remuneration for parental leave in addition to what is paid by INPS, more flexibility to manage the illness of children". Solidarity permits and holidays have also been introduced.
