The current top management of Open Fiber remain in place. The company's shareholders' meeting, which was held in Rome on April 18, appointed the new board of directors and confirmed Franco Bassanini in the role of president (indicated by Cassa Depositi e Prestiti) e Elisabetta Ripa as Chief Executive Officer and General Manager (the indication in this case is from Enel). Enel and Cdp Equity (a subsidiary of Cdp) hold control of Open Fiber through an equal shareholding.

Immediately after the meeting, the board met and approved the confirmation of the top management. The new board of directors is made up of six members: Franco Bassanini (Chairman), Elisabetta Ripa (Chief Executive Officer and General Manager), Francesca Di Carlo, Matteo Fanciullacci, Francesca Romana Napolitano, Mario Rossetti.

The Open Fiber Shareholders' Meeting also appointed the supervisory board, which is made up of: Donatella Cinelli (Chairman), Andrea Donnini and Pietro La China (Standing Auditors).

On 19 April the board of directors of Cassa depositi e prestiti Spa (CDP) also met and designated, in view of the renewal of the board of directors of CDP Equity (a wholly owned subsidiary of CDP), the new directors: Mario Nuzzo is president; Pierpaolo Di Stefano is the managing director; Emanuela Bono advisor.

"The CDP Equity shareholders' meeting, which will proceed with the appointment of the new directors, will be convened for 29 and 30 April 2019, respectively on first and second call", the company said.
